Would a robo dwarf hamster be dangerous?

We would like to get a Robo Dwarf Hamster for a pet, but my mom is allergic to most pets... We have a wheat land silky terrier/Pomeranian mix and she does fine with her. Do you think the small hamster would hurt her? Thank you!
