New Dwarf Hamster Help?

Today I got a new robo dwarf hamster and now it is burrowed under the bedding. At first it ran around and did things, but now I can not find it. Also there is a hamster wheel that came with the new hamster set, but that doesn't seem to be working. It won't move and seems to be stuck in the cage. The robo can't get onto it, and I can't fix it or get it out. The that you use to stick it onto the cage won't move. The hamster won't let me get it out of the cage or touch it, and keeps running away. Does anyone know when it will get used to me, when I should start picking up and such? Thank you!
