Can three hamsters live in this tank?

That cage size sounds okay :) But i would definitly suggest having an extra 10 gal laying around just incase the 3 hamsters dont get along. it doesnt allways work out, so you may need to put the winter white in a seperate tank at some point. Good luck though, i would try to introduce them carefully.
