Where can I watch or download the movie "Etienne!" (hamster movie) for free?

It's nowhere sold in my country, I don't have a credit card and my dad won't order the DVD for me and I don't have Netflix. I've read through 30 google search pages, downloaded 4 applications, asked 6 times on yahoo(don't worry I deleted earlier questions). On yahoo I always get trolls, spammers and other stuff. PLEASE ANYONE!!! Where can I watch or download this movie for free??! Don't spam again please, STOP sending websites, which don't have the movie!!!
