Myth or Truth? and why?

i have been hearing that smoking weed makes your eyes look shiny. But i have seen many pot heads in my life and non got shiny eyes. Red, glazed, happy, watery, half closed thats all i see. plz i do not want random answers. i want facts from experience or previouse research. thx!!!!
