My hamster has something under his eye!!!! What is it!?

he has like a lump under his eye, sawdust color (left eye) He acts ok and normal but its weird. is he ok? What is it? My parents cant afford a vet right now, sorry :( ,but is there a cure or meds? that i can buy from a store. thanks
