Is my pet Hamster okay? Tumor or no?

My hamster has a white pimple like bump in between her eyes and above her nose. It just looks like a big pimple. The hair around it is gone, but the rest of her body is completely groomed and fine. It sprung up about 3 weeks ago. Since then her behavior has actually been better. She is more calm and less squirmish. More friendly too. She is also making sneezing/hiccups sounds. I just want to know if shes okay or not. Thanks
